QSB-QSBV and QSBA-QSBVA are attached to spindles conforming to DIN 55058 or similar. Also use SSM  nut with the  Adjustable Adaptor, which can easily be Quick-Changed. 
The Chuck is attached to the spindle using a special  Grub Screw, six holes on the inner sleeve hole to accommodate the positional tolerance of the the spindle to ensure an axially "free of play" tapped fitment. 
Length adjustment allows Pre-setting of the machine.
QSBA and QSBVA has one handed tool change is activated without additional tooling when spendle is stationary.

Quick change of tap adaptors - to insert push the adaptors into the chuck and to eject knurled sleeve of the chuck is only to be pushed back.

Radial parallel float - misalignment between spindle and drilled hole is compensated by the self-centering radial parallel float.This also ensures thread precision.

Length compensation acting on compression and expansion to compensate for differences between spindle feed and tap pitch.

Adjustable safety clutch with minimum torque after disengagement to protect against tap breakage.

Machine Description:

The loading is by means of proportionate weights and lever.

The load application is by hand or by a load selector and does not need any outside motive power.
